You can create multiple forwarding rules. ![]() Once a message has been forwarded, a new label called forwarded is applied to the Gmail thread to indicate that the message has been processed by the auto-forward script and it would not be processed in the next iteration. Note: You can select multiple emails with holding the Ctrl key or Shift key, and then drag these selected emails to the Forward folder.Ģ. Create a new folder under your account, I named it Forward, and then move multiple emails you will forward to this new created folder. If you don’t want to forward the emails as attachments, but forward them as common forwarded emails, Outlook provides another method.
